Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EarnNet mobile app and website ("EarnNet"), operated by Structured Web Design LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using EarnNet, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Parent accounts must be created by an adult (18 or older) who is the parent or legal guardian of, or has authority over, each child added. You are responsible for the child profiles you create, for supervising your children's use of EarnNet, and for keeping your password and pairing codes private.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple or Google and renew automatically until cancelled. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

EarnNet's app-limit features rely on Apple and Google device permissions and can be affected by device settings, operating-system updates, or a user turning permissions off. They are a helpful tool, not a guarantee, and do not replace parental supervision.

Optional AI features generate suggestions and reviews automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. A parent should review AI output and makes the final decision on approvals and rewards.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and information you add. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate EarnNet for your family. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share or that is unlawful or harmful.

Do not misuse EarnNet, including by trying to access other families' data, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it except where the law allows, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete Your Account). We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect users or the service.

EarnNet is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to EarnNet is limited to the amount you paid for EarnNet in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and material changes may also be announced in the app. Continuing to use EarnNet means you accept the updated Terms.
