Structured Web Design LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the EarnNet mobile application ("EarnNet"). EarnNet helps parents encourage children to complete chores, build responsibility, and earn screen-time rewards through positive reinforcement. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the families who use EarnNet.

Depending on how you use EarnNet, we may collect:

• Parent account information, including name and email address
• Child profiles, including name, age, and an optional profile photo
• Chore information
• Photos submitted as proof of completed chores
• Reward and screen-time information
• Device identifiers needed for authentication and security
• Basic usage and diagnostic information needed to improve reliability and performance

We do not collect payment information directly within the app. Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage family accounts
• Authenticate users securely
• Synchronize data across authorized devices
• Store chores, rewards, and submissions
• Allow parents to review submitted chores and completion photos
• Improve application stability, security, and functionality
• Provide customer support

EarnNet is designed for parents and their children to use together. Parents create and manage child profiles and control the information associated with those profiles. Children do not create independent public accounts.

We do not knowingly sell or share children's personal information for advertising purposes.

EarnNet uses Google Firebase services to store account information, application data, and submitted chore photos. Uploaded photos, user accounts, and application data are stored using secure cloud infrastructure.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including authenticated access and encrypted communication, to help protect your information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal information.

Information is shared only:

• With service providers necessary to operate EarnNet, such as Google Firebase
• When required by law
• With your consent

We retain account information while your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will make reasonable efforts to remove associated personal information from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.

Parents may:

• Update account information
• Delete child profiles
• Delete chores
• Delete their account
• Contact us with privacy questions or requests

EarnNet currently uses:

• Google Firebase Authentication
• Google Cloud Firestore
• Google Cloud Storage

Additional services may be added in future versions of EarnNet.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
