Structured Web Design LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the EarnNet mobile application ("EarnNet"). EarnNet helps parents encourage children to complete chores, build responsibility, and earn Available Minutes through positive reinforcement. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the families who use EarnNet.

Depending on how you use EarnNet, we may collect:

• Parent account information, including name and email address
• Child profile information provided by a parent, including a child's name, age or birthday, username, optional PIN, profile photo, support needs, preferences, and optional health- or disability-related information (such as a diagnosis or support need) that a parent chooses to add
• Chore information, instructions, completion status, rewards, and Available Minutes activity
• Photos and, when supported, videos submitted as chore references or proof of completion
• Account, child, and device identifiers needed to authenticate users, connect authorized devices, deliver notifications, and operate parental-control features
• On a child's device where a parent turns on app limits: the apps selected for limits, which selected app is open, and time spent in selected apps (see "Device Controls and Android Accessibility" below)
• Subscription and purchase-status information, such as whether an account has an active subscription or trial
• Product-interaction and other usage information needed to operate chores, approvals, device setup, Available Minutes, and related app features

We do not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account information. Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google.

We use collected information to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage family accounts
• Synchronize family data across authorized devices
• Create, assign, complete, review, and approve chores
• Award, display, start, pause, resume, and use Available Minutes
• Configure and operate supported parental-control features
• Deliver account and chore-related notifications
• Provide optional AI-assisted chore suggestions, instructions, profile suggestions, and completion review
• Manage trials, subscriptions, and access to paid features
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and provide customer support

App limits are optional and are turned on by a parent, together with the child, on the child's device.

Android: EarnNet uses Android's Accessibility service on the child's phone only to identify which app is open, count time in the apps a parent selected, and return to the Home screen when a selected app is out of Available Minutes. EarnNet does not use Accessibility to read screen content, messages, passwords, or typed input. App selection and usage timing stay on the child's phone; only protection status and remaining minutes are shared with the family. Accessibility is never required on a parent's phone. Turning the service off or uninstalling EarnNet stops app limits.

iPhone and iPad: EarnNet uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework with permission from the device owner or family organizer. Apple shields the identity of the apps chosen, so EarnNet does not receive their names.

When a parent chooses an AI-assisted feature, EarnNet may send the information needed to complete that request to OpenAI. Depending on the feature, this may include a chore photo, chore details, a child's first name or age, and optional preferences, support needs, or notes supplied by the parent. This information is used to generate the requested suggestion or review. Parents should avoid including information that is not needed for the feature.

EarnNet is designed for parents and their children to use together. A parent or guardian creates and manages child profiles, chooses what information to provide, and controls the family account. Children do not create independent public accounts, and EarnNet is not a social network.

We do not sell children's personal information or use it for targeted advertising. A parent or guardian may review, update, or delete a child's information through the app or by contacting us.

COPPA. We follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect a child's personal information only after a parent or guardian creates the child's profile and connects the child's device, and only what is needed to run the features the parent chooses. A parent can at any time review the child's information, ask us to delete it, or stop further collection by deleting the child's profile in the app or emailing support@structuredwebdesign.com. We do not require a child to share more information than needed to take part in an activity.

EarnNet uses Google Firebase services to authenticate accounts and store family profiles, chores, app activity, device information, and submitted media. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including authenticated access and encrypted communication, to help protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or use it to track people across apps or websites for advertising.

We disclose information only as needed to operate EarnNet, comply with law, protect users and the service, or with your consent. Our service providers may include:

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, and supporting infrastructure
• OpenAI for optional AI-assisted chore generation, suggestions, and review
• RevenueCat for subscription entitlement and purchase-status management
• Apple and Google for app distribution, in-app purchases, and platform notification services
• Expo services used to build, update, or support delivery of the mobile application and notifications

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and only for the services they provide.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide EarnNet, maintain the account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention may vary by data type. If an account is deleted, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify associated personal information, except where continued retention is required or permitted by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business records.

Parents and guardians may:

• Review or update account and child-profile information
• Delete child profiles and chores
• Choose whether to use optional AI-assisted features
• Manage notification permissions in device settings
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple or Google account settings
• Delete their EarnNet account in the app or by request (see Delete Your Account)
• Contact us with privacy questions or requests

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above. If a change is material, we may also provide notice in the app or by another appropriate method.
