A parent or guardian can delete their EarnNet account and the family's data at any time, either in the app or by contacting us.

1. Open EarnNet on the parent's phone and sign in.
2. From the Parent Dashboard, go to Parent Actions → My Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
4. Confirm, then type yes when asked. Deletion starts right away and cannot be undone.

To remove only one child, open Child Profiles, choose the child, and delete that profile. The parent account stays active.

If you can't open the app, email support@structuredwebdesign.com from the email address on your EarnNet parent account, with the subject "Delete my EarnNet account". We may ask you to confirm the request before deleting anything. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

Deleting a parent account permanently deletes:

• The parent account and sign-in
• The family record and every child profile and child sign-in
• Chores, instructions, approvals, and Available Minutes history
• Photos and videos submitted with chores

We may keep limited records where the law requires it or where needed for security and fraud prevention, such as basic logs, for no longer than necessary. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple and Google handle billing, so cancel first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Purchase records kept by Apple, Google, and our subscription provider RevenueCat follow their own retention policies.
